The weight room is amazing in the pools are fantastic, what else is there to say?
The Manager and staff are very helpful and courteous.
I love the Y. 1) The pool is always kept at a nice temperature. Guards are friendly. 2) The exercise room is well-equipped and trainers are available to help. 3) The Y offers lots of free classes at many times.
I feel the Y is reasonably priced, conveniently located and has a variety of options for physical activities.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly! I loved my Zumba instructor.

Love body pump and the pool
I like the Chair Yoga Class and the Arthritic Water Class. They are fun, friendly, and helpful. However, I do miss the Everfit Class that Linda White used to teach. She was an excellent instructor and I wish she still taught that Class.
My kids love going to the Y and so do I. Great atmosphere and staff make it an enjoyable experience. I love that I can work out and my kids can play at the same time . Plus, the pool is an added bonus for an all year activity .

I do water exercise. I like the teachers Jeannie and Natalie.
Most things are great. I like to swim for a workout and sometimes the pool is too crowded. Other than that the staff, resources, and facilities are excellent.
We love the instructors Ashley, Natalie, and Victor! They are so motivating. We love how friendly everyone is that works at the Y and the childcare is a huge bonus and extremely appreciated for a stay at home mom! My children love all the workers in the stay and play.
I can relieve stress by swimming.

Fun time, it’s just my muscles give me a pain @ times. They rebel on the weight I’m trying to lift @ times. For a few days. I’m still working on the Good felling part.
Then there are times I just go to the “Y” For coffee. Talk to people. Then leave.
Then through out the day some people asked me where have you been. Tell them the”Y”. They automatically think that I’ve been working out.
Just between you and I . We’ll let them think that. Ha , ha.

We go between the Arnold and Pasadena Y (pool options are better in Pasadena), but the Stay n Play is a lifesaver with 2 kids under 3! The affordable rates allow us to go us a family some days and the rock wall in Arnold is super cool. Everyone has been friendly too which is always a bonus :)
