I spoke with Mike at the reception area and he was incredibly helpful with the Y360 app. He took the time to show me where my member card was located and answered all of my questions. Mike was fantastic to work with!

Lately, I've been embracing the Y in Pasadena, but I consider that the same thing.
In Pasadena, they seem to have more open lap swimming, although I've never actually compared the two places other than by noticing how many open lanes are available, and I've also embraced the E-GYM equipment that they have there.
Always helpful front desk members! Clean equipment, and there is a culture of putting weights away when you're done which is nice.
The Arnold facility, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the convenience
Friendly staff, always helpful. Clean place. I use both the Pasadena and Arnold Maryland locations.
Two wishes:
1. I wish the lighting could be better in the weightlifting area in Arnold - its gloomy in there!
2. I also would like to see a trainer at the egym machines in Pasadena full time - so many new people are using the egym now and not holding their arms correctly (Injury risk) or sitting unevenly - all sorts of errors that a coach could mention to egym users and coach them into better safer positioning to lift weights. Also - the occasional technical errors happening with egym are confusing to people. If a coach was there to just let them know its ok to patiently wait 30 seconds for the re-start....Honestly, I've a friend who full on quit using egym believing that the internet connection was faulty on the machines. If a human trainer would have been handy nearby - she would have been able to get help. There happened to be no one nearby, so she left. (some people are that shy to go to the front desk and ask for help...)

I love the classes at the Y. The instructors are great and I've made so many friends there. I also like that the organization is open to all people. They help to provide services to those who can't afford to attend. Even back in the day they gave my father a free membership during the Great Depression. He never forgot it and he ended up being a life long exerciser into his nineties!
We love playing Pickleball there!

Staff is incredibly welcoming & helpful! I recently returned after 5 years. This place is more than just a gym. It's a community resource on so many levels.
The facility is large, well maintained, staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and it offers classes that I enjoy. I would rank this as a top notch gym that is extremely good for those desiring to stay in shape. The equipment is well maintained and plentiful
Location, weights, areas for personal workout, being able to have coffee with friends after a work out. Sauna, locker room.

The Y is a family friendly clean facility with a variety of activities for everyone. The staff are friendly, respectful, and helpful and the members are nice too.
Lots of well maintained workout equipment. Jill, my husband’s personal trainer is professional, knowledgeable, flexible. She is a good listener and understands the older, mature clientele.
My trainer is exceptional and the front desk people are always friendly.
I like the wide variety of exercise opportunities.
