Pleasant staff
The multi pool for water walking and pool exercises. The warm water is a huge help in reducing my pain and helping increase my mobility. I’m a senior, 67 yrs old.
Clean and nice facility. Well maintained. The value is fantastic for all that is available as a member. We love the pool for playtime and myself for exercise. There's a gym, there's a pool, there's kids sports. It's almost too good to be true!
I appreciate the family friendly pricing. I like the hours, Id love for some earlier/later times but I understand its not always doable. I like the sense of community within the facility. I like the events, the camps, the activities and the classes offered. The only issue that has stuck out - is the quality of the upkeep of the bathrooms on the work out floor. Those have smelled intensely since the Fall. OTHERWISE, I love and appreciate all the things of the Y.
Great equipment and friendly staff.
My son has a membership at the Y and enjoys it for the most part. Except, when he wants to play basketball the courts are being taken up for other events. He has been disappointed that the basketball court is being used for Pickle ball and rowing. Could these be moved to another location in the gym?

I love the dedication Ms Colleen has for teaching young children to swim. She's very encouraging. My godchild is going on two and loves singing along as he learns to swim.
I like the amount of space in Pasadena & Arnold. Even with the resolution people, we still have room to exercise without being on top of each other.
PASADENA - Could you please move the spin bikes downstairs to the other side or towards the back? When I get there late (after 5) and can't use the spin room, the bikes downstairs are in a weird place to have a solid 45 min ride. Plllleeeease, weird eye contact is a norm, people get too close to the bike while riding & it's hard to stay focused. I have lost 20 lbs since September using the spin bike, and I would love the opportunity to ride downstairs. -Thank you for your consideration.
ARNOLD - The spin bikes are in a great place in the main area.
Thank you for getting new equipment that had mats to cancel the loud noise of heavy lifting drops. It’s certainly a 10 now

So many great activities included with membership, especially for kids! We go to the Y most days of the week-I work out, kids do swim lessons, parents morning/night out, kids drop-in sports. Well worth the monthly membership fee!

The Y has offered my family amazing opportunities. Aside from the obvious health benefits, the summer camps, volunteer opportunities and employment for my kids has taught them responsibility and has helped make them well rounded citizens.
You have all the bikes and machines a rock wall and lots of room to spread out. Love the dry sauna as well,
Fun stuff for kids and adults. I love the pick up pickle ball and that sports equipment is provided. I absolutely love the climbing wall as well.
There are a variety of classes offered along with open gym and court space for activities. Something for everyone in our family! Thank you!

It’s easy to parent on purpose in the Y environment because the atmosphere instills good family morals and values in everyone.
