I LOVE the following about the Y:
1. The very nice people.
2. The sauna - super hot! Awesome.
3. The big pool
4. Guest passes for my family and friends
5. The TRX straps in the gym
6. The nice elliptical machines
7. Rock wall for when my sister visits (w/ guest pass)
8. Lots of parking spots :)
9. Childcare option for when my baby son is old enough for us to use it.

The gym is well equipped. Lots of classes. Can be very crowded with HS students who hog equipment and generally don’t know what they are doing or respect gym etiquette. They almost never break down the free weights after use. It’s like their mother will clean up after them

Has a lot to offer for all different age groups. Enjoy the meditation class and the chair yoga.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Mihall went out of his way for my two boys to have a great introduction to the rock climbing wall. My 12 year old can’t wait until he can reach the top.

I love the variety of classes and equipment. The instructors are top notch! My HUGE pet peeve however is that even after multiple requests the floors of the studios remain very dirty. I take frequent yoga classes and my feet are nasty after class. I’d REALLY appreciate a regular cleaning please! Otherwise I love the Y!!!

I am so impressed with the Y in both Arnold and Pasadena. The equipment is in great shape, the gym is immaculate. I can't believe I've been going to the gym I've been going to, for so long.
