The staff is great and so are their products..we love Nessa
When getting a haircut, usually I am asked if I prefer round or square in the back, referring to the neckline. I prefer round, so I typically let the hair stylist know at the beginning. My understanding of 'round' is that the left and right sides of the existing neckline are rounded at the bottom sides instead of squared. Instead, the stylist buzzed each side of my neckline, making them shorter, resulting in the entire neckline looking rounded. This has never happened before, so I am thinking it was a misunderstanding. If I gave an incorrect instruction, please let me know and how I should request what I prefer in the future. Thanks.

I had one of the best experiences in salons, I was greeted when I first came in, discussed my needs..had a short wait & enjoyed watching the TV monitors & talking with my stylist...she gave me an amazing cut, and I am happy with it..she did a fantastic job! Yes, I will tell friends and family about my experience as a 1st time customer.

I have been to SportsClips numerous times but only two locations, Gurnee IL and of late Port Charlotte FL Wilton vacation. Port Charlotte has been the worst experience I’ve had. The stylist did not cut my hair as I had asked. I wanted the top cut to a length of about two fingers and the sides just cleaned up. She proceeded with the clippers on the back of my head and once I could see what she was doing on my side it was too late to stop. She cut my sides down to about a 1/4” and did what I asked for on top. When finished I looked like a carrot top, I brush my hair straight back. Very disappointed.

I enjoy the steamy towel, scalp massage and shoulder massage, also the vibrating massage shampoo chair
My hair stylist was great, the shampoo massage is very relaxing, great atmosphere.
Jessica was great. She did a great job cutting my hair. She took her time to make sure the cut was right for me. When washing my hair with the hot towel on my face, she took a little extra time to make sure I was feeling pampered with a nice scalp massage.
I will be back.

The ultimate VIP was an amazing experience, I’m looking forward to my next visit. The hot/cold towel treatment was extremely relaxing. The shoulder massage was the best experience! The staff was absolutely fantastic!
Sports Clips keeps a record of how you prefer to have your hair cut. This makes for a
consistent experience which I've not found anywhere else in my 12 years of living in
this area.

The lady that cut my hair, believe her name was Christy, is an exceptional haircutter. I couldn't praise her enough. I know my hair is difficult to cut it the way I want it done, as it is very cowlick. I usually can't get any hairdresser to cut it right, but she did my haircut perfect. I and my wife were very impressed and happy with this haircut. I hope she will be there for some time to come, as I will be asking for her from now on.
