massage opportunity, watch sports while you get a cut.
I really like the haircut but feel like the head and neck massage was very good
Caitlyn tried to falsely sell the MVP level to me by telling me thst it came with my regular haircut.
I kept quizzing her on how that could be for the price of just a regular cut.
Bottom line is she backed herself into a corner that she couldn't get out of.
Then at checkout, she started ringing up the MVP until she noticed that I was watching closely.
I'll never use her again and am letting my friends know about this attempt at deception.
Robin is the best. Great hair cut
Like getting the Grand Slam so I can get a wash and cut together. Also like the rotation of high end products available .Known my stylist awhile and enjoy conversations.
They smell great and the service is stellar.
Quick and very friendly staff
I don't think there is much or anything to improve really. I didn't put a 10 just thinking about all the different cases someone may want a haircut. I think there are salons that may offer stylist services that are more complicated than the ones you offer and therefor for those cases I wouldn't recommend you. But, to my friends, I'd say I'd recommend it if given the chance.

Cassandra at the 6 mile cypress location is wonderful. very skilled and personable. Great attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

This is my go to store. Tried several others but they do a great job, extremely friendly and do a great job of not going thru the motions on the extras.
Wish when you checked in on line they would tell you who your last stylist was. I never remember would be a nice touch for customer service and should just be a programming fix.
