Stylist was great and listened to what I wanted

Prices have gone up $5.00 during the last year. Will be looking for a less expensive option. Unfortunate because I like my stylist!

Love everything about your place. The only suggestion that I have is that you should allow people to say "I'm here" on their phones instead of having to log in on your terminals. But I get it... you want to make sure people are ACTUALLY there. Perhaps use NFC? I dunno. LOL. Anyhow, Careen is amazing. Does a great job and is friendly and personable. Give her a raise. :)

I love the fact that I can check in online, the stylists are always professional and go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with my hair cut. Being able to have my hair washed after the cut is instrumental as it gets rid of any loose hair which could become itchy. Especially here in Florida where it's warm and humid in the summer time. Great job and kudos to the entire Port Charlotte, FL team! You are all awesome and appreciated!!

I had a great experience from the time I walked in. Sorry that I did not get the gals name, but her chair was the closest to the cash register, she was quite nice to us. My actual hair stylist was Dawn. What a hoot, we had the best conversation, seemed I knew her forever, I absolutely love folks like her. She cut my hair per picture I showed her, great job, gave me a full treatment that was so nice I did not want to leave, that shampoo was the BEST. I will look forward to seeing her in the future. God bless the gals there...
