My dog is happy there. I feel safe knowing that she is treated well since I can check in on the cameras. The employees are very friendly to me and my dog. I like the special events and treats the dogs get. I enjoy the social media presence. I think the Foundation is a great cause. The company seems very flexible in that it adapted quickly to Coronavirus. I like the curbside service.
My only area of improvement would be greater transparency in the grooming department. My dog gas previously had lots of anxiety and issues with grooming. At Dogtopia they say she has done well; I would like to see that for myself!

Very friendly staff. They know how to properly take care of my pup. I love how I can view him at play through the cameras
Prompt, they answer questions, good to the dogs
I love how positive reinforcement is used with the pups rather than say forcing them to sit by pushing on backend - i love how caring the workers seem to be for all the pups - and of course i love how tired the pup comes home ! Boarding also is great as the daycare is including with the boarding, thus a tired pup when away from home rather than an overly stressed out pup.

I like the cameras so I can watch my dog play and I love how excited he gets when we pull up to drop him off. Everyone is always excited to see him.
