Caregiver Testimonials
Everything
I feel like we are one big family. We all communicate as we should. The office staff is very nice and compassionate, if we as caregivers or clients have concerns they make sure it’s addressed properly.
Everything
There a nice and fun company to work for
It feels like a family-friendly environment.
The supervisors are cool to work with. They are helpful, not afraid to go to work if caregivers can't make to work. If you are having issues with your vehicle, they will take you to work and if necessary pick you up from work. That's really impressive to me. They are knowledgeable about their jobs, find the coolest clients and easy to get along with.
Management and training
I like that management communicates, listens, welcomes questions, and recognizes efforts. I feel valued as an employee and like I'm part of a company and a bigger picture rather than being just a number or time clock.
Flexible hrs of course
How caring everyone is, not forcing caregivers to take extra shifts if they are feeling burnt out, all staff is very caring towards clients.

My boss
I love working for Senior Helpers because of how the way I am treated by Sarah, Alex, and most recently Sylvia. Over the year that I have been employed Senior Helpers has really taken good care of me. For example there was a time that I suspected something wrong at a clients home. My managers walked me through everything that I needed to do legally, because that situation has never arose in my career before. I also like the fact that Senior Helpers offers on the job training for new caregivers going into a clients homes to replace the previous caregiver. For example I was with a client for a little more than six months, when I felt like I was losing myself within my work for that client, I had to train a caregiver who was going to be replacing me. Not all home care agencies offer that kind of on the job training. I think that is absolutely amazing. New caregivers aren't just going to a clients homes without any background of how that client is taken care of and what that client likes. It actually helps the caregiver and the clients so that the clients are comfortable with someone new coming in to their home and assisting them.
Teamwork
Family oriented
I like the people I work for. They seem to care about what is going on in your life and the people we take care of.
