The personal is great very understanding they will work with you but you have to show them you are willing to work as well. The individuals I work for are great I didnt have experience in this line of work but they are willingly providing classes for what you need help with.
I love the fact they work around your schedule. I also appreciate how they communicate with you about each client and always introduce you on every first visit. It is very organized and very professional.

The staff is very calm and always available for any assistance that you may need And they try to keep you busy as much as possible and very accommodating. When you need days off, I think the pay could go up a little bit for some of the jobs for the most part. I enjoy working there.
