Math is now one of Martise and Mason’s strongest core subjects, due to attending Mathnasium. Taking into account the fast pace of math in school, Mathnasium has been open to securing their knowledge in all areas of math.

Dylan and his crew are very good at making us, especially our children feel welcome and they also made our kids feel like they can improve and actually enjoy doing math! Sadly we did not continue attending due to cost. My daughter is already ahead in math and I can’t justify the high cost in a race to nowhere. However, I would highly recommend it for any child who was struggling with math or where money is not a concern

We learned that our child is actually very smart when it comes to math, he just had some gaps where he never understood certain concepts, so he couldn’t continue to build on. Thank you for assessing his strengths and getting to work right away to fill in the gaps. The weekly work is easy to understand and he can get most of it done on his own, which is very empowering and satisfying. Thank you, Mathnasium!

Mathnasium is helping my sons greatly. Especially in the are of honing their ability to retain what they’ve learned in school and at Mathnasium

Mathmasium is awesome! My daughter is 4.5 years old, and she has worked with Dylan, the Center Director and mostly Arpi, the Lead Instructor. They are both really great with young children. My daughter usually works with Arpi and always looks forward to seeing her. She is having a lot of fun with math now and given how well she has responded after only about 5 sessions so far, I plan on continuing her at Mathnasium. I like how everything is done in-house and there is no homework requirement (my daughter definitely responds better to someone else teaching than me teaching her). I also am very glad that the instructors are highly qualified to instruct, rather than just monitoring children doing worksheets.

Yes, definitely recommend this program to family and friends! Justin in the Altadena section went above and beyond in helping us get our child great academic grades. Even though it is mainly math help, the skills my son is learning is helping him throughout other classes. Thank you guys and gals

Mathnasium has been a great help to my daughter, both in middle school and now as a sophomore.

So far so good! My daughter has been in for over a month now. Within the first week my daughter told me they she really enjoyed it. What 10 year old kid says that! Anyways, to say the least. She enjoys it and she’s way more confident with the math. The reason we brought her there was Bc of the switch from public to private school and the rate the private school was going at made her frustrated with math and school.
After discovering mathnasium Altadena. I haven’t seen an upset face over homework!

I've seen an increase in my daughter's self esteem. Although she soemtimes complains about going to Mathnasium, once she is there she is happy. The tutors are friendly and have taken the time to get to know her. Before school ended, we saw a huge improvement in her homework completion rate, quiz, and test scores.

I like the incentive system it motivates my child to attend. My child has gained confide in her ability in math.
