Client Testimonials
I love the calming and inviting environment that 502 conveys. It's a very welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The teachers and assistants are constantly pushing me (in a good way) to go further into my practice. I never thought I would enjoy yoga as much as I do, but now I can't stop. It makes me feel more in tune with my body and it really helps to clear my mind. That one hour a day really helps keep me sane. I send my thanks and praise to everyone involved in making 502 possible!
502 is a great place for anyone, of any yoga skill level, to go and enjoy themselves
The teachers are always friendly and each one challenges the class in different ways. I always get a fantastic workout and leave with a smile.
Kind and welcoming! Love the white lights.
Loved everything about it, just wish the intense classes were a bit cooler.
The staff there are amazing. Always friendly and greet me as if I'm most important at that moment. Studio and thatcher are amazing. 502 is the first yoga studio I've been to and I've yet to try another studio as 502 has been amazing.
I love the community at 502PY. The space makes the group really feel connected, the teachers are always amazing and give one-on-one attention, and the classes are just what I need to de-stress. I got super lazy and took a long hiatus from 502, and when I came back for a class it immediately gave me a sense of place, purpose and person. I love it!
Very instructional.
Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff.
Everyone is super nice and helpful (it was my first class). I also love the atmosphere its a super cute and cozy little spot. It was my first time trying hot yoga and i must say it really feels great to get in there and sweat it out, i also felt relaxed afterwards and that my body got a really good stretch/workout. Will definately be back!! <3
Very welcoming staff and great class times
The windows especially. Rebecca was a wonderful leader leader on the 12 step portion and an equally wonderful instructor for the yoga portion.
Mimi is a powerful teacher in a calm and gentle way. Seems like a contradiction, but it's not!
I have been thinking about yin classes. Has that been something you all have thought about offering, maybe even twice a month?
I love how I walk in and there is no judgement. I never feel intimidated and I am welcomed each and every time.
I find all the teachers very engaging, and I love challenging myself in the classes.
The instructors are very welcoming make you feel right at home. I hadn't done yoga in awhile, so I was kind of nervous and Sarah was incredibly motivating and encouraging throughout the whole class.
Every teacher is unique, offering a different perspective on practice. The studio space is clean and welcoming (very much like the addition of the lights!). Definitely like the variety of classes - its nice to have options. Also very much like the special classes offered, though have not been able to take advantage of those myself.
Visiting 502 Power was an inspiring and energizing experience for me. Feeling a bit burnt out in my own practice, I left on Wed with a kick in my step and smile. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt welcome and like I had been there before. I went to 2 classes - 6:15 on Tues and 9am on Wed as also the arm balance workshop. Very much enjoyed both of my practices. Loved the arm balance workshop! I've been using and incorporating the tips from crow both given by Cat in her class as well as in the workshop. The 7:30 time slot worked very well for workshop and would love to know about any future offerings. I would be driving from Batesville, Indiana so a good 2 hour drive--but oh so worth the spark you leave with!! Thanks to all for sharing!
peace all around~

Friendly and welcoming. Great workout! Love the new lights!
Space is always clean, the studio is nice and open and conveniently located, I enjoy the atmosphere and the service provided. I rather the faster pace yoga with the flow versus the slower yoga with positions held. I always walk out feeling refreshed like someone hit the reset button on my body and my mind.
I have never done yoga before so I don't have anything to compare it to but I have found 502 very welcoming. As a novice I didn't feel out of place. The teachers are friendly and helpful. I especially like the classes where there is an assistant.
Classes are enjoyable and challenging. Great teachers in a warm inviting space.
I liked the studio since the very first time. Everyone has always been so incredibly welcoming and warn. Great teachers, assisting, classes. I feel a sense of belonging.
I love how inclusive 502 Power Yoga is as a studio. i appreciate the yoga teachers for creating an inclusive space for growth. Whether in Yoga Basics or Vinyas flow I feel challenged to grow in my practic and my life.
I liked how fun and relaxed it was. It was a perfect creative environment where I felt challenged by the class yet encouraged to have a little fun, dance or sing as I wished during the flow. This gave it such a light hearted free environment where the focus was less on myself and how I looked in the poses, or how out of shape I was. Much different from other yoga classes I have been to where everyone just quietly does their own thing following the instructor, I appreciated the connection to the other people this space created. It was tough and fun and I would definitely recommend to friends.
Great energy from the instructor. Class was challenging and fun.
502 is always a welcoming environment. the staff are super encouraging and helpful.
I like how comfortable and confident the instructor makes me feel. I like how strong I feel after the class. I like also, I am often reminded that it's ok to weeble and wobble, it's a practice, a growing process. Not all studios do that. And I love the lavender cloth at the end of the class.
Oh my goodness ,what a wonderful experience!! My husband and I traveled from Indy to explore this practice. From the moment we arrived we were greeted so warmly. We were given information about the studio itself ..bathrooms , where to face our mats, who would be teaching. The studio was bright and clean. What truly impressed me was when Stephanie asked us to greet two people. I practice regularly at a studio where people come each week , put their mats down and don't even make eye contact. You are truly fostering a sense of community. NOW the teacher ..Stephanie and Melissa ... WOW!! WOW!! such attention to our alignment. And lastly, lovely cool lavender towels. What a thoughtful touch! My husband and I are already planning on coming back again soon to this jewel of a studio. Namaste🙏🏽

Awesome energy, difficult class, helpful and friendly staff!
