The instructors are so friendly, down to earth, always willing to help, provide encouragement and answer questions. Everyone is welcoming and always with a smiling face. The whole 502Power community is phenomenal. I love practicing by all the friendly faces. 502Power Yoga is good for body, mind and spirit. It is has become an essential part of my life and frankly, helped me on a healing journey. #502Power4Life Best Yoga studio in Louisville hands down!!!

I like the ambiance. It is bright and cheerful. It is very clean. All the employees and the EE folks are kind and caring. I love Flow with Grace. Darsi is a wonderful teacher. But I must also say whenever there has been a sub in for Darsi like Kelly or Rebecca the class was different, but still great! I cannot say anything negative about 502 PY!
The calm, welcoming environment was amazing. It was my first time taking an actual class anywhere and I was extremely impressed and cannot wait to come back!! I tend to get a little nervous when I try new things in a group setting but you all made me feel very at ease and comfortable with myself, thank you so much!!

Both locations are wonderful,and the ease of scheduling and diversity of classes are amazing! The Highlands location is my favorite due to smaller studio and closer to my home. 502PY truly is a community,I feel welcome every time I walk in the door❤️
