The community and the physical space are great—I always feel good just stepping into the studio. The teachers and assistants are the absolute best. I love how each teacher infuses the practice with their personality. I feel like I learn something different with each class I attend—the series is always expanding and I’m expanding my yoga practice with it.

I’m probably a bit biased, but I believe 502PY is the best not just in Louisville, but in the region! We strive to have the most excellent instructors, cleanest facilities, fair pricing, and we are accepting of ALL PEOPLE. The only person who wouldn’t like our studio is the person who isn’t willing or ready to challenge themselves or grow!
I've not been to the studio, but I know Cat and some of the other teachers. All have impressed me with their devotion to yoga, professionalism and willingness to serve all kinds of students.

I have liked all of the instructors. They all bring had a warm and inviting feel to the classes and I liked how much it felt like a communal experience.
The individuals who lead the sessions are well-informed, dedicated, and a bit demanding of the participants (in a positive way).
