I LOVE 502PY! The staff is always welcoming and encouraging. Classes are just the right mix of challenging and uplifting. The workshops and *extras* have helped my knowledge and appreciation of the JIP sequence and helped mold my practice into my own.
502 Power Yoga is not an intimidating studio. Since I joined a few years ago they are always so welcoming. You never feel like you're not a "regular". The workouts are amazing, the staff is awesome, and it's great to support a local business.

I love how friendly everyone is, especially the instructors. There’s always a good energy at 502, and if you haven’t experienced a cool lavender towel on your face after a hot intense work out, it’s one for the books! It’s amazing every time I go and I always look forward to going.
I like the variety of teaching styles within the same yoga flow sequence - I always learn a new tip when I take a class with an unfamiliar teacher. I enjoy the workshops as a tool to advance my practice. And YOD is my jam - best class in the region!!
I was in town for only a week because my Dad ended up in the ICU. The commmunity at 502 was AMAZING!!! The practices were strong and the overall experience was exactly what I needed during that time! Thank you!!!
The community! I love how friendly and encouraging everyone is. The workout itself is tough, but I always leave feeling strong and disciplined.

It is very clean and the staff is always helpful. I enjoy the FWG class because the people in the class are my age or older and we have fun together. Darsi Anderson facilitates the lovely vibe in her classes. She is an asset to 502PY.

I love that I've never stepped into the exact some class more than once! The instructors are awesome! The students are inviting and encouraging! You can sit your mat to a complete stranger at the beginning of class and have a connection with them by the end. There is such a sense of community that you don't always get with group classes. And last but certainly not least, the instructors give the opportunity to smile, have fun and not take class too seriously. When you realize your mat is a reflection of what's going on in your life, you truly appreciate the value of smiling and having a little fun on occasion. I look forward to watching the studio continue to grow!
People, the people, the people...
The teachers are all so fantastic and so are the students, really what would a studio be without that? Yes the facility is great also, great atmosphere and a really nice energy.
But the humans are what makes 502PY for me.
Courteous staff, no intimidation or judgement, clean and amenable. Many variety of classes for all interests, levels.
