I’ve always been hesitant to try hot yoga but I loved it!! I’ve only taken one class but I have already scheduled 2 for next week. The staff and teachers seem so nice and helpful! Looking forward to my next class!

This is such a great community and I'm very grateful that I took a chance on coming to my first class. I've never felt more able to just be myself and honor my own practice each time I come. It has truly been a life changer for me.

I really like the instructors and the balance of class options; 60, 75 minutes and music makes it fun!
Adding the lines has made it a little too close especially when trying to accomplish different positions. I’m not an expert yogi yet but for those more aggressive to accomplish headstands or similar positions they don’t have the space to catch themselves before falling onto another.
Very friendly. The staff, instructor (Darsi), and fellow participants were very welcoming. The friendly atmosphere carries throughout the school.
Everyone is extremely nice and the instructors are great at giving modifications and helping out every level. If I’m being honest though, I would go back just for those lavender towels alone. Such a small thoughtful detail really rounds out an already great experience.
It has been such a positive experience at the studio so far. The last two weeks have been exactly what I have needed. I can't wait to continue the rest of my 40days.
