I would like to see more silver sneaker programs offered later in the day. Gentle yoga and tai chi for silver sneakers would be nice classes. The teacher should have a better understanding of the limitations of older people. The silver sneakers yoga classes that I have taken were not very gentle.

That they are not all extra cost. The YMCA is rather unique in not nickel and dimeing people for everything as an extra.
There are programs and help for every age and goal a person can have.

The facilities are excellent and the staff is very helpful

They are very good. I only wish I had attended when I was younger. Now, at 83, it is difficult with the problems I am having with my legs and back. However, the instructors are very good and patient with me. I really like the interaction I am having with the other people in the course.

I’m mostly into the pool considering I have physical handicap that stops me from the work out room.

We left the YMCA a few yrs ago because the youth sports were just awful. Courtney has restored our faith!

So far, I’ve had a very positive experience. The Zumba has been fun!

All the program is so good

something for everyone and all ages. Lots of activities and equipment for whatever your interests are.

I can work out how I want and for as long as I want at my pace and I love the pool so nice on hot days

The counselors are nice and I like how the parents are notified when the children have left and arrived to another destination.

The kids sports

My son really enjoys the YMCA camp each summer. The counselors are very nice and great with the kids.

The variety of programs, the cleanliness of all facilities and the friendliness of all staff.

The "Y" has programs and instructors with your health as their primary goal, available to almost every age group and body type, at the most convenient times of the day. They make getting fit easy and fun. I have no excuse for not attending; and no excuse for getting out of shape.

First of all your instructors, every class I've taken over the past year has been great! They motivate you to try harder and keep going. Just yesterday I was with a couple that belongs to the Y in Ocala but they have now signed up at our Y even though is farther for them. When I asked why the both said the instructors.
Also your facility is kept very cleaned and functional.

I only use the gym. Overall it is good. Some of the equipment is a little worn but everything works well. I am very impressed by the way in which members almost always clean the equipment after each use. You do not find this in many gyms !

Although I am on the advisory board fo Citrus County I do not use the Y. The reason is that I am required to belong to the private spa in the community where I live and it has most of wheat the Y offers with no waiting for the equipment or the pool or spinning, etc.
I like the fact that we raise money to be able to offer membership to those that cannot afford it.

The classes are fun and you still get a workout. Plus they are always different 🙂

I like the pool and exercise room.

everything except some classes are too crowded or a bigger room is needed for the HITT class on Friday at 11.

I like the classes I take very much and the overall friendliness and cleanliness. The easy signup on line is also a plus.
