I enjoy the Silver Sneakers classes, but they are overcrowded in Snowbird season.
We use the workout room only and love the variety of machines/weights that are available. It is aggravating tho when the floors are cleaned and the machines are moved......it takes a few visits to relearn where the machine location has been changed to. The staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean.
Love Joyce and silver sneakers classes. The fitness area always very clean and employees very helpful and friendly.
Excellent instructors and many different levels of classes offered.

You offer good classes. we are looking forward to going over things next week with our personal trainer. Kelly. We are familiar with the gym equipment and like the strength training opportunities. Another plus is the outside pool.

The activities are according to age and condition. The couches are friendly and respectful, flexible scheduled, the water exercise.

Love the Hitt class lots of options to make it easier or harder depending on what you need. There is a lot of classes offered through out the week which is great for our ever changing schedules. I like the gym as there is a lot of equipment to choose from. The pool is awesome for laps. The people who work for our YMCA are all awesome.
I don’t use them. I just work out.
Add a SS Cardio class to your morning programs or noon schedule.
We love that everything is family friendly! We like to pretty much do everything together and we can incorporate fitness into that because the Y allows it!
There are so many activities offered and at multiple times. It is very clean and the people are very friendly.
I just use the exercise equipment. I did attend your cancer recovery program. It helped me a lot to recover from my cancer chemo and radiation treatment.
Yoga!!! Kira is the best. Do wish they would keep the Crystal River location a little cleaner! Sometimes we don’t even have paper towels!!

Quality and variety
The programs include those I want & need: yoga, group aerobics, and I am a lap swimmer.
I love the variety, level, and frequency of the Group Exercise programs, including the pool. There’s always a class that I can participate in every day.
spin and body pump classes are very good. Keep them going.......
the pool, we need a second pool now that we have over 12,000 members .
If we can't do that we should consider making the play pool more productive.

they really care about the people. Trainers in the exercise room at all times for any questions you might have. So many good friendships have been formed. It make you look forward to exerciseing

I have not been there yet. I am letting skin wounds heal first.
