Haven't started classes yet, but I looked over the classes they offer. Loved what we seen on the tour! It was our first time ever at this YMCA. The people are super nice who work here and it feels very inviting. Can't wait to become a regular once we move from our Springhill, Fl location to Citrus County.
I Love Step and Bodypump, Pilates and the pool classes. Instructors are first rate!!!
Accessibility, friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
Everything and the place is clean
Lots of exercise equipment. Beautiful pools. Many classes. Helpful staff for the most part,
I like the Silver Sneakers program and also the machines in the gym.
There are programs for all ages.
So far I have tried yoga and pilates. Both are challenging classes, especially when you have been away from it for awhile. But, I am enjoying it and look forward to the other classes being offered. Such as body pump and the water exercises.
Kira Kavall ! Chair Yoga!
Our YMCA in Citrus County is very well equipped and very active. It is truly full service. You're doing a great job, but are sometimes too crowded. Stop recruiting new members.
Access to whatever activities interest you. Well staffed. Staff helpful and courteous. The facility is clean and well maintained. Close to where we live.
Everything... The Citrus "y" is a first class operation in everything you do.
GREAT programs. Committed staff. A schedule that works for people of all ages.
From the information you've given me, it appears you have a wonderful variety of options to choose from. I have joined, but have not participated in any activities yet. (I joined 2 days ago and haven't had the opportunity to start). I plan to join the Silver Sneakers Classic class, first. The staff has been very friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. I am looking forward to participating,
I like that you open at 5:00 AM on weekdays. This allows me to do my workout before the gym gets crowded.
everything, staffs is very helpful
Weight room.
Being local, I appreciate the Y being three miles from me. I like the staff that walk around & give assistance when requested by anyone. Seems like a very caring staff.
I have no family in the area so I wouldn't push them to join one in their area. Friends locally already know about the YMCA here. Many think it's too full when they come, so they go somewhere else.
Good variety of programs.
Lap pool has late hours.
I get to see a diverse age range of people. (I work with elderly people. It’s nice to see young families.)
I love the fact that all of the classes are free to members. I’ve joined other gyms where it is an additional fee per class.
I enjoy the Yoga problem Kira is great
You have the best pool. Try to get to classes 5 days a week. Awesome teachers.
Lots of variety to pick from for things to do. We visited a YMCA in Minnesota from Dec 29-Jan 7 and got a chance to visit their YMCA, The process of checking in from 1Y to the other is a little difficult, but it worked. They had a hot tub, I would love to see one a hot tub at our Y in citrus County, is that possible?
Everything
Quite impressive and very comprehensive, quite overwhelming for a senior citizen and someone with limitations . I am sure I will be more comfortable after I meet with the advisor on the 23rd.
The variety and times available.
They are just great
The YMCA has many group activities to pick from and all levels to accommodate all ages and fitness levels. My favorite spot at the Y is the pool. Love you he water temperature and ability to use it Year round.
I like the silver sneakers classes.

line dance. Great leader.
