Love the body flow, and Tues morning class
THERE IS SOMETHING THERE FOR EVERYBODY.
They are varied, fun and nobody gets left out. All are welcome and the staff go out of their way to make sure people of all abilities can try the classes
Water Aeobics and Silver Sneakers classes. Love the olympic size pool
The cycling and body pump class instructors are very motivating.
Love the variety of classes and gym. Also nice that I can bring my granddaughter to use the pool when she comes to visit.
I like the fittness center with all the equipment has to offer clients. The people who work and volunteer are very helpful and outgoing. My wife loves the Yoga classes especially with the new instructor who has been a great addition. Everyone at the reception desk are very cheerful and welcoming, especially Jennifer who always seems up and friendly.
I love the classes and instructors.
The only problem I have encountered is members saving spots in Step class (7:30 am) for their friends in the following class, body pump. Both of these classes have a lot of participants and get crowded. Members doing this don't think its unfair or takes up room in the current class. Also since we move a lot in step it can be dangerous as they put the weights for the next class around the steps.
Joyce has tried to correct this but the women just push the steps out of the way. There is a 15 minute window between the two classes for the purpose of setting up.
Other women have told me they also think this is a problem but don't speak up. I hope this gets corrected soon.
The thing I love most is the people who go to the Y. I always see people who are in top-notch shape and those who have some weight to lose, older folks and younger folks, people from my own workplace and people I've never met. It's a very positive place.
Many family oriented activities to choose from, group exercise classes, diverse gym equipment, clean facility, friendly staff
Can go on my schedule
My trainer, the staff folks are always helpful.
I feel comfortable with the Cliental.
The opportunity to do whatever I want as far as a exercising and socializing. I like the pool especially! And it’s so affordable for seniors!
I really like the variety of exercise equipment available.
Chair yoga! It's the only reason we remain members.
variety for young and old alike. indoor and aquatic
Everything
There's a great variety of classes; although I still work so either go in the early morning or after work, but still the variety is there. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The instructors I've had are excellent.
There are a lot of them for people of different capabilities. I like the classes, but the exercise equipment and the pool are there if I want them. I have also used the walking trail. Recently, a friend came to visit and I showed her our facilities. I thought they were ideal for her and her husband who is losing his vision due to macular degeneration. The coffee area is a perfect place for him to sit and talk with other men until they can encourage him to use the exercise equipment along with them.
I like most all your programs but being on the west side of citrus county very difficult to get to most. It would be great if we have all the conveniences over here but I still enjoy what's available and make my trips to main YMCA 2 to 3 times a week.
Everything! The weight room is super! The group classes like Yoga and Chair Yoga are outstanding! All of the workers are just outstanding!
Nice selection
The people that I meet, the positive attitude of the instructors, the value of exercise with many options, the wonderful wellness center machines. It's all good. Thank you!
Everyone is friendly and cheerful, encouraging.
Like all the different activities and programs, and love the pool.
I like all that y’all offer, the staff and the people who come here are pleasant and like minded.
All the variety of classes available.
Spin and body pump amazing
Yoga!

I very much enjoy the classes. I am older, but very active. I have been going to the Y since it opened almost three years ago and started out with Silver Sneakers Classic, the classes in the pool (3 times a week), chair Yoga, regular Yoga, Silver Sneakers Cardio, and have recently been attending Cindy's classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings. These were originally meant to be overflow classes because the "regular" Silver Sneakers class was too full due to the snowbird influx.
HOWEVER, those of us who have been attending these classes (and there are about 15-20 of us each Monday and Wednesday) are enjoying the higher level of exercise that Cindy's class offers and would like to see it continue on a permanent basis. Let's make that happen!!
