I love the Pool ,since I've had both knee's replaced . I've been given a new sense of improvement ever since - I can do thing's out there that I couldn't do in the GYM + I enjoy their company & help ( of course we could use some instructional help ) But of course there have been some problem's +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I love the once a month day trips, the out to lunch is fun ! Bingo, cards, and dominoes are an awesome way to meet new friends !

I like the instructors at the Silver Sneakers activities. I really enjoy Diane's workout on Wednesday at 11am in the Hernando YMCA.

The schedule is easy to find, lots of variety and the instructors are awesome!

The facility staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Use the fitness center almost daily. The staff is great and friendly.

I enjoy the variety of classes, especially yoga, line dancing and tai chi. I enjoy the lap pool and gym, as well. The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. My favorite staff members are Nelson-yoga. Iris, Ianik and Patrick-life guards. Di'ana-line dancing. Rocco-tai chi.

People are very helping and encouraging while exercising in the gym!😎!

There are a variety of classes and activities for every age level.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of different programs and personal trainers are all very knowledgeable.

Love all the classes and the instructors are amazing! They took the time to talk with new students and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable in their classes.

The people that work their are very very nice. always willing to help. Love the activities bus trips, i dont like to drive. and the from desk people in the morning are very very nice, One big happy family.
