I don't personally participate in programs and activities but it is good to see they are available for others to to use and keep themselves engaged in healthy activities and interacting with others.

The YMCA offers programs that promote well-being.The YMCA is a place for people to gather with specific goals in health improvement.

Everything!! There is so much to do for the senior population…I keep spreading the word to join the y. We have so much fun…

The sincerity of the staff as one enters sets the pace for what i like to do..whether it is immediate exercise or talking with others at the puzzle table . I cannot get to your Y often but when I do I am very comfortable there!

I absolutely love the ymca. Everyone is extremely friendly and the employees are always attentive and ready to help when needed. The facility is clean which makes me feel very comfortable.

I've attended three of the Silver Sneakers classes and have really enjoyed them all. They provide a good exercise routine and I am grateful of the reminders in the classes regarding posture. I find myself more aware of my posture on a daily basis. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to answer questions. I am hoping to become more involved in some of the other programs offered by the Y.

I'm not involved in programs or activities.
I go and workout on my own or swim when the pool is up and running.
The Y has just about every kind of equipment you could want.
When I go, which is about 10:30 AM each day, there aren't a whole lot of people there.
It's easy to maintain distance. Hardly anyone wears a mask other than the staff members. But I don't find that threatening because, like I said, people are pretty spread out and everybody seems to have their own space.
I very happy that the Y has a shower room as I shower after exercising. A workout followed by a hot shower feels good.
The Y staff are very friendly. Going there is a good part of my day.

I can go to Austin, Texas, on vacation, and they have the same classes that I take at home. I love the YMCA, because I travel a lot, but do not have to worry about my physical activity level when I am away from home.

I love the diverse exercise equipment and option of different classes to take. Super clean facility as well.

Love the Hernando County YMCA. The teachers are excellent, the staff is friendly and welcoming. It is clean, bright and an upbeat place. I would like to see more dance exercise classes like Zumba added to the schedule. The classes that you have now are amazing. Dana is an excellent teacher and the new class that was added on Saturday with Beth is Great. Thank you for that. I understand, with the pandemic, things were scaled back. Would like to see a Tuesday/Thursday Zumba AM class in the future and maybe offer Belly Dancing again. Overall, it is a great place and I truly enjoy the time I spend at the Y. Great Job, everyone.

The Facility sparkles with hygiene and cleanliness. The house keeping and mechanical staff are the unseen of whom Such comment goes toward acknowledging.
With many hundred patrons daily utilizing the brick and mortar as well as fitness equipment, this is as main steam a responsibility as important as accounting etc. I make this a point to be acknowledged when I speak to non - members who visit other Family oriented health clubs.

There are plenty of different things to do. The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool is huge! Lots of equipment!

I spend most of my time in the gym area. I love the option of so many different machines to choose from to accomplish my workouts. Always a clean and professional environment. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the Y!
