What I like most about the large variety of programs and activities the YMCA provides is that, it's a family community type of atmosphere that every person needs in order to get through this life on earth. There's something for everyone!

It meets our needs regarding exercise, etc. Plus we like that those less fortunate have access to programs.
It is a family oriented fitness place. But most of all you have many equipments to work out for all ages.

Great spin class!
Love the spin class, the gym in the early mornings, gets my day started off in the right direction. It's a beautiful facility with friendly staff.
Classes and friendship
Lots of water aerobics classes. Wish we had a separate pool that had much more shallow than deep water. Also, water could be warmer for water exercises as most participants have arthritis and like warm water 83-84-85 as opposed to cool water 81-82.
Its to crowded..but i go late at night so i can use all the workout equipment..
They are varied and can be both educational and entertaining.
It is the recruitment, screening, selection, training, and retention of courteous, compassionate staff. The facility and grounds and equipment are well maintained . Common areas, rest rooms and pool facility remain in hygienic pristine cleanliness due to motivated employees and the overall supervision of qualified management. The access to supervised child care is a necessity for the parent to be afforded quality time to socialize with other adults of similar interest. The open seating in the foyer grant all folks a place to greet and not interfere with those in the gym pool or multi purpose room. In summation, These are several reasons which make the YMCA of the Sun coast to be a destination for person's of different ages and interest
Great variety with both morning and evening options
the program is wonderful but I would like have more Zumba in different hours. More flexible hours and every day.
The workout room has all the machines we would need to use.
The heated swimming pool in the winter is awesome!
