Don't use any programs but support staff helpful when requested to help.
I did have an exercise card on file that I used though infrequently, but now those cards have been removed. SAD occurrence for those that don't want to use a cell phone and new technology.

Everyone from the Y are amazing people. From the staff to the members. So clean and always maintain. The programs and activities are always well organized. Great for all ages. I know my boys have a great time, while taking in some new things. Thanks so much!
My son attended the summer program and he loved it. Amanda did a great job organizing the program. She is very informative with parents and full of energy and excitement. We look forward to the program next year.
We also participated in karate and soccer which are very well organized and my son had a blast. Thank you for providing fun and remarkable safety measures with the adults and kids!

What I like is there are many programs and activities to choose from. Not only for silver sneakers but for everyone. I thing I can say is that it is kept very clean, so I have no problem in going to workout.

Training and Swimming lessons
We love the Y and used to go there almost everyday and participated in all the Senior's events. Unfortunately, we had to stay home for a few months due to the Chinese virus. Gradually, we're coming back slowly but surely. It feels like coming back home again!
