What do you like about our programs and activities?

There are many workout classes and sports activities for the whole family at the ymca in trinity. There are two pools for swimming as well. I’ve been going here for years and greatly enjoy the atmosphere.

I wish to thanks everyone at YMCA for the great efforts and huge support they are giving to our kids and families. YMCA, always clean, safe, organized, the staff and couches are very friendly and helpful
they are doing their best to make everyone feel comfortable and happy.

free classes., can only evaluate from standpoint of fitness center since my kids are all grown up

I enjoy taking classes, like body pump and body combat but unfortunately there are not enough of those classes and there are not enough spots.

Group spin class with Courtney was great. I liked the music selection, pace of class and she didn’t play the music too loud! She is a great motivator too!
