Staff and instructors are great and there is a good mix for all ages, interests and fitness kevels
I truly enjoy your facility. I only use the lap pool. But I am very disappointed in the lack of communication involving the pool schedule. The only mention on the current schedule is organized water exercises. It doesn't mention swim lessons and swim team hours which greatly affects pool availability. Also, as soon as the family pool opens, I'll switch back to NP because Gills pretty much closes the lap pool during the day.

Pickle ball
we primarily use the exercise floor where we have gotten to know a lot of people which provides a social time as well as exercise. your staff is friendly and helpful..shout out to tina at the front desk and sylvia who is always willing to help us progress.
Great instructors, clean facility and friendly staff
My husband and I love the "Y". It's a great place to exercise with a well-equipped gym with all kinds of equipment and trained personnel to guide you through your fitness endeavors. I also like the many cardio, strength, Zumba, yoga and other programs to keep you moving, growing some muscles, and losing inches!! The instructors are great and so helpful, making the classes so much fun. There are also fitness and sports programs for young people. It's a blend of all kinds of people. There are also pickle ball classes and practices that are fun as well. there is also a nursery where young couples can drop their kids while they workout.
For seniors, there are several programs for low impact cardio, strength, yoga, and Zumba Gold among others. There's a Bible study on Mondays. Every Tuesday there is a game day.
Once a month, there is pizza (free) followed by a game of bingo I have been a winner twice. A crochet/knitting classes are held on Thursdays. Also, there is a Lunch (free) and Learn program which is held twice a month, where speakers are invited to give lectures on their area of expertise (finances, medical, etc.) This program is very educational. Seniors also participate in going to lunch and see a show or a play at a local theater every month. All in all the "Y" is the place to get fit and healthy, make new friends, grow in knowledge, and have lots and lots of fun. Why to go anywhere else?

The senior cardio and strength classes fit perfect into my daily regimen.
The bodyflow & yoga classes I take are great! I'm becoming stronger, more flexible, & defined. At my age (67) those results are not always possible. But the choreography is perfect for building strength, balance, & cardio all in one fun hour every day. I love it!

The facility is clean and the staff is very nice! Plenty of exercise programs for all interests.
Body Flow is my fav. but I need to go 2xs a week and the Thursday night was taken away. This helps my sciatic issue and gives me some extra peace through the week. Kelly and Denise are the best and I can’t wait to go to their classes!!
