They have a wide range of groups for every level. Staff is excellent. Nice big gym with lots of equipment. O ly negative is that is not clean.

Not sure yet, I only toured the facility. Staff were professional & very nice. I’m looking mainly to swim & might try some light yoga. I have a recent back injury; so I’m limited right now in what I can do.
Their are plenty of excellent activities to participate in. Good instructors and working equipment. My only complaint is on the cold mornings the fans are on and makes for a very cold workout. Easy to strain or damage a muscle. My guess is they are on for health reasons regarding colds, flu, and etc.

family oriented and safe
The group fitness classes are well-organized and the instructors are well-trained. Classes start and finish on time. The instructors are always willing to help new members and make them feel welcome.
We haven't had an opportunity to use much of the facilities, but we signed up our granddaughters in the Pre-K soccer program and are excited for them to start
