What do you like about our programs and activities?

Being a senior, I really appreciate all the classes that I can participate in. The trainers that teach the classes are very knowledgeable. They really care about us seniors. It’s my home away from home. I usually go 6 days a week.

Variety of programs and available times ; you can find what mets your needs best ! Instructors are knowledgeable and friendly ; offer positive encouragement . Motivate members to be active and involved - work toward a shirt or prize . Family atmosphere .

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Some of the pads in the fitness area need to be refurbished because of tears and cracks. Attendants should enforce the rules concerning people sitting on machines and texting or reading their phones.

Otherwise, the Y is a great place to exercise - very clean and comfortable.
