The MASH program
Natalia has learned to swim with the lessons offered and loves the "Parents night out" parties.
Love that there is so much offered from equipment to courts to pool....I enjoy the classes but wish some of the instructors would call out the exercises, not everyone knows what is going on if they are new.
Awesome instructors, staff and environment as well as class members which create my enjoyment at the gym.👏😊

I LOVE and appreciate John Geigle YMCA offering, as my friend and I have come to refer to the 10:00 AM pool exercise class..."Y-Water-Cise?..Y-NOT?!!"
I sincerely appreciate:
> The "All Are Welcome" approach in regard to class size (in contrast to requiring registration for each class)
> The consistent time the class is offered Monday-Friday
> The variety of exercises (as well as approaches) addressing whole body that get heart rates going and improve respiration, increase range of motion and mobility, improve balance and agility, promote team participation and appropriate social interaction, and last but not least...stimulate Left and Right Hemisphere GREY MATTER which consequentially improves outlook and attitude
> The EXCELLENT instructors, professional, personable, informative, and fun
> The EXCELLENT life guards, professional, polite, caring, and thoughtful
> The MUSIC and opportunity to Move, Sing, and Laugh in the SUN shine...even when rain clouds are passing on by...as rain clouds are known to do, from time to time.
Thank you John Geigle YMCA managers and staff for giving all these reasons (and more) to counter those mornings when I may be asking myself, "Y-Water-Cise?...Y-Not!."

You offer a lot of programs for seniors to enhance their health and well being. Thank you for that.
I like water aerobics because there is control of the classes, eliminating chatter among those in the classes to be able to exercise in a way for an end result of a good workout, however I cannot say the same for other locations even when I complained therefore Im driving further to get a workout.
It seems to me management needs to take a stronger stand for those who really desire a good workout versus appeasing those who constantly disrupt the class or just stand around in the pool so others cannot successfully do what they hope to achieve. The Trinity location is a location I no longer go to which is closer. Palm Harbor 2nd location (not Geigle) is another I’ll not attend for the same reason. When will management work for those who really attend for the right reasons. Perhaps offering a coffee clutch for those who blatantly keep others away due to constant talking or standing around in the water might be a way to allow those who do want a workout might be an option. Please share this with those who have authority please and thank you.
Body Pump class is my favorite!
The friendliness of the staff throughout the facility and the number of great ZUMBA classes and instructors at your facility…excellent experience.
The one challenge is the parking …very limited but it all works out.

I don't ordinarily utilize many of the programs or activities but I do use the wellness center.
There are plenty of activities and equipment.

I have been going to yin yoga for several years now and wish it could go back to what it used to be! It was 2 days a week and for 1 hour and 15 minutes! It is so good for your body but 2 times a week is better than 1!
