I have been attending the yoga classes at 9:45 time slot and am very impressed by the instructors who are kind and inspiring as they provide direction and challenges for all skill levels.

Really enjoy the silver sneakers classes. Class size can sometimes be an issue with too many participants. Would love to see some classes starting earlier than 1130.

I love the senior chair/stretch yoga instructors! Desk people, everyone is do friendly and happy.

I do wish there was a "regular" yoga class in the early afternoon as well.

I used the gym for the first time in years. I was grossed out watching how many people do not clean the equipment or they barely wipe off the equipment. Signs need to be more present advising people to clean their equipment properly. Staff was busy talking with other customers and never said anything.

Like my Silver Sneakers classes.

My husband and I are retired and have the ability to come to the Y and exercise 3 times a week. Going together motivates each of us to continue and it’s something we both like and can do together!

The variety of activities and people seem friendly.

The staff is awesome, the gym is nice with everything you need and the hours are great! Very happy my family and I joined for the classes, activities and Kids Zone!

I come in twice a week for chair yoga, and very pleased with both classes.

Everyone is friendly and quick to offer help and a smile!

Great place to have your little one's birthday party! We recently had a pool party for our daughter's 7th birthday and everyone loved it! The hosts took care of the food and even helped put up decorations. Lifeguards were on site so everyone felt safe!
