What do you like about our programs and activities?

I had one meeting with Kerry and thought the information she shared, based on my current activity level was great. She showed me the basics of a new routine, and it is my new favorite. I was able to work muscles that I have missed with my other workouts. The amount of cardio equipment is nice, but there is a lack of space for a “mat workout.”

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Everyone is friendly and professional. I like their policies with their cleaning and mask wearing. I only play tennis and everyone is friendly. I'm seasonal and this is my 4th year at the Y.
