Forum for meeting a lot of very nice people both on your staff and among members. It provides a place to learn about how to stay healthy and to work at it at one's own level in a Christian and save environment.
I joined the YMCA because of the yoga classes and am interested in intermediate level classes offered in the late morning or mid-day time frame. For me, it is important to establish a routine (same time, if possible, but alternating days Ex. MWF or TTh). The Tues/Thurs 12:45 yoga class served this purpose and I have been attending for several years. This consistent framework helped me to maintain my fitness level and even to progress a bit in my yoga practice. Consequently, I was very disappointed when the Thurs. class was changed to Beginning Yoga. It would have seemed more logical to create an entirely new class for these participants.
