I enjoy the water classes. Martin Weber and George Doumanian and Nancy Gates are my faves.

I love the Silver Sneakers program. It keeps me moving and I’m around a lot of really nice people.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

There are activities for all age levels and capabilities. The pools are well maintained and available most of the time. The locker/shower facilities are well kept, and I feel secure in keeping my belongings in a Y locker while using the wellness center.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

For me it is an ideal place to pursue my exercise goals. Katie Szymanski has been very helpful at putting together a weight room regimen and introducing me to a number of cardio machines. Eventually, I hope to participate in a spin class once I feel like I can keep up!

i love the water aerobics class. I like the fact that they are at different times on different days. I especially like the variety of teachers. Each one is excellent in their own way

We have only participated in the youth triathlon but both of my boys had a great time and it was a perfect beginner triathlon for my brand new 5 year old. He even made podium!

We live in Valrico and 2 of my sons participated in your youth triathlon. It was their second one and our favorite thus far. It was well organized, the perfect size grouping for our young kids ages, and a lot of fun!

The family atmosphere - i love the lobby of our Y. Kids hanging out - parents talking - its a great place for our community. Time to expand!!

I love the pool for laps and in cooler weather use the tread mill and some of the weights.
