All the exercise classes to music. Boom moves, line dancing, cardio drumming (at the John Geigle Y). It makes exercising fun!

Attended Cycling class on Tuesday at 8:30. The instructor presented the class very well and pushed our abilities regardless of cycling level/experience. Bikes were new and well maintained with neat programs/electronics installed. Looking forward to the upcoming facility renovation.

How clean the whole place is and the staff are all so welcoming , and the people who go there seem be be very friendly and warm to each oter , cause of the spirit of a welcoming body there .
