The YMCA offers a diverse and inclusive range of activities, programs and services that aim to offer something for everyone, regardless of age or ability. The team at the Suncoast YMCA are constantly looking for new and different ways to improve on the programs and services they offer. Forward thinking is fresh and exciting.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the lap pool and the proximity to my house. I’ve taken a few classes including spin, yoga and barre class. The yoga was hard for me as I’m used to a sprung/padded floor. Will that be added in the new facility you’re building?

Easy to follow. Wish silver sneakers classes weren’t right at lunchtime though (I’m a morning person). Glad you will be expanding as classes are crowded.

The lap pool is awesome. Very well maintained. Staff are very friendly. Women's locker room closed for cleaning at 12:30 for a half hour is not always convenient, but this Y is very, very good!

Amazing classes. I was specifically looking for LES MILLS classes and so happy that you offer them. Great instructors, extensive class schedule. Very clean and a great vibe.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Our family decided to take a big step in our pursuit in living healthier lives. We decided on the Palm Harbor YMCA to begin our journey. The online application process was quick and easy. We walked in a few days later to be immediately greeted by Danielle who enthuastitcly offered and gave us a tour of the facilities. She went above and beyond to make sure we were informed of all the YMCA has to offer. Our 6 year old daughter who is usually shy with separation from us happily stayed at the play zone which is properly staffed with the most attentive and polite young adults we have witnessed. We have gone several times and found an abundant amount of various activities for everyone in our family under one roof. We are excited to be a part of the YMCA family ❤

I haven't taken any gym classes, however I take the line dancing classes and enjoy them very much. I did not see any programs for Seniors.
