I love the location; a bao shop, coffee shop, and bar within walking distance as well as a great park next door. Its a great weekend day to chill at. Good food and friendly services. Currently preferred spot for movie experience.

Very nice theme, lots of fun. Good drinks. We didn't have food this time, but are likely to come back just for this.
