Love the vibe, love the service (truly phenomenal) and great selection of beers and cocktails. So easy to make an entire evening at Alamo between the bar and theater. We even come sometimes without seeing a movie we love the staff and vibe so much.
Honestly Keri was the most fun, helpful and attentive bartender I've had in Brooklyn.

Thye live music was good we went back down after our movie to have cocktails.
The drinks were so good. We had a large group so we didn't know where to go cause the bar was so packed. But Ashley and I think his name was Brain helped us in the back get a large table.

It was my first time at Alamo and our server, Alsatia was extremely helpful! She recommended a fantastic sour beer that was absolutely spot on for what I was looking for. While I was waiting for my party to arrive she explained to me how ordering in the theater works and recommened the buffalo cauliflower. I loved the vibe at house it wax. Definitely will be coming back.
Every single team member was friendly, prompt and generally awesome. Drinks are on point (esp those local draft beers) and the cocktails are sublime.
Love Love Love this bar. Staff is great and the cocktails are awesome. So happy about live music on Fridays. The Jazz bands you have are great. Jackie west has a great voice. So excited to come back this Friday.

we came last Friday for the US show. we went to the house of wax for a drink beforehand.
When did you start live music? it was so nice we came back after our show to have another drink. I hope you all keep bringing in that band cause they were great!!

The bar staff is definitely the most impressive part of the draft house. They good drinks, are knowledgeable about their product and draft list and run a tight clean bar. Great with customers and have a good base of regulars who keep coming back.
The atmosphere is nice with a good sized bar and tables if you want to come with a group of people. It also seems like a good venue for events.
They also offer a great happy hour which is hard to find in this area of Brooklyn.
Emilia and Keri are AMAZING. I keep coming back because not only can they sling a fantastic cocktail, they are kickass women. I am very much into the cocktail scene and their knowledge is impressive and impeccable. I tend to stay away from drinks involving spice or mint, but today they each had me step outside my comfort zone only to find delicious and complex drinks. Plus the NY Sour is my favorite cocktail, in NY or anywhere. These ladies, and House of Wax, rock.

Endless customer service and going above and beyond my expectations every time. House of wax is the crown jewel. I’ve never met a nicer and more knowledgeable bar staff in my entire career (I’m a 10+ year bartender) I wish my staff was as incredible as some of these faces I’ve encountered there. Also great queso!!!!
This movie theater is an amazing experience filled with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ellen is a dream come to real life. Is this a movie?? Ellen was one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Also Kerri. They need RAISES. Alamo has always been a place with great movies, killer food, awesome drinks, and super unique events, BUT Ellen & her bartenders at House of Wax really seal the freaking deal. Yay! Always recommend and will continue to always recommend!!! Alamo forever. Texas forever. Remember the Texas, ho.
