The staff is friendly, reliable, efficient and competent. The staff is open to minor additional requests in line with the services rendered. While the company provides the products and equipment, it is flexible if you have specific products that you want them to use.

The dispatch communication is excellent, i.e., message sent day before appointment and day of appointment with tracker so we know who is coming and arrival time. Service is always good or excellent, and the rooms sparkle after cleaning.
I also appreciate that the employees are pleasant, and appear to enjoy their work!

The Merry Maid Staff is timely, affordable, loyal and provides an amazing customer service experience for the money.
It checks all the boxes. They’re dependable, they do a great job, and handle the little changes you need from week to week. Most of the time they just have to change one bed in my house but there are times when the whole families come to visit and there are seven beds to change. They’re very flexible.
