My daughter's experience at the center has been great so far. She is enthusiastic about attending and is more confident. Though she has only attended approximately 15 lessons she has already improved. We look forward to our future attendance.
We've been very pleased with Mathnasium. I do wish there was some greater flexibility with session times and really miss having Saturday as an option for tutoring. The scheduling tool is clunky and very difficult to schedule a hybrid of in-person and online sessions (it's not easy to navigate from one to the other). It's annoying to have to type in the password to get to the parent/student page. I wish we just had accounts that we logged into and could manage and access everything from there.
My daughter has benefited from Mathnasium for many years, well worth the cost.
The confidence my son has gained toward taking math tests at school has improved tremendously. He used to become very anxious on the verge of tears at carpool drop-off on test days and now he happily jumps out of the car, ready to tackle the day!

Mathnasium follows the science of learning and they have been a life saver for our family. My kids attend regularly and they follow their curriculum. Mathnasium has been incredible at repairing any holes in learning from school and also repeating and practicing concepts that students will need again. My kids feel capable in math, and when there is a substitute or mishap in school, my kids have the tools to do the work and not miss a step. My oldest is now a junior and she has top scores on her SAT and ACT because she actually knows the math. My teens can do their chemistry work with ease because they understand the math so well. We attribute that math competence to Mathnasium. Their teachers are good at explaining the math. Mathnasium has solid in-house materials, a reliable method that follows the science of how the mind learns, and also kind and skilled instructors. Before covid, they were great, and now with challenges across education after covid, Mathnasium keeps my kids grounded in their math knowledge.

We have been with Mathnasium for almost four years both in person and virtually. My child has gone from behind in Math to taking advanced math in that time period. While they will likely never love math and continur to have to work harder than some classmates, the differce in confidence, skill, and test scores has been transformative.

Mathnasium follows all of the principles of the science of learning. Their method makes math stick. My kids now excel at math because they followed the Mathnasium method through the curriculum; we did not use them only for homework help. We used them so our kids would be masterful in math and now they are. My oldest did not take SAT and ACT prep courses. She studied her way through Mathnasium so she would be capable in math, and then she scored 700 on the math SAT. She also demonstrates math ability in all of her classes in school. This will serve her well in life.
