I am happy to recommend the Mathnasium center in North Oceanside! Through their consistent attention to detail and compassionate instruction for our child, she steadily gained confidence and proficiency. They were willing to give her extra worksheets to keep her skills fresh during school breaks or when we needed to travel.

I love this place! My daughter went to mathnasium for about a month in the summer and left feeling more confident in math than I’ve ever seen her. She improved dramatically in just a month.

They offer a free consultation and see exactly where your child could use improvement. The manager gave her a candy after she took her test which made my child feel less “on the spot” and initiated the reward system early on.

Every time we had math she was excited and ready to learn. My daughter often came home and talked about the different tutors she had, especially Matt, who worked with her and how helpful and nice they are.

During the summer they also had fun dress up days like Pajama Day which made it exceptionally fun and offered a little more to the summer experience.

I will definitely be back, at least over the summer, to help keep my daughter refreshed with her math skills!

My daughters have learned and improved a lot while in the summer program. The teachers, Nita and Kayla are very nice.

Mathnasium gifted my 5th grader with reinforced foundational math skills and built confidence, not only in math but in all her other subjects as well. In 6 months with the Mathnasium program, her performance went from 3rd grade level to testing out for Advanced Math when entering 6th grade this fall. I cannot say enough about Nita and the others at Oceanside Mathnasium. My daughter went there for 6 months and her math skills were greatly improved, as well as her attitude towards math and her confidence in doing math.
Everyone there has been so kind and patient with her, they helped her more than I thought they could. Even though we had to move at the end of the summer and can no longer attend Oceanside Mathnaisum, my daughter has started off her school year with more confidence in math and not fearful and dreading it like she always has before.
If your child needs any help at all with math, big or little, I highly recommend giving Oceanside Mathnasium a try, you will not be sorry you did.
