My kids like to go to Mathnasium because they have tutors on site to help you with your math problems. It is a relaxed setting for kids to learn math. All staff members are great!
We have been thrilled with the progress our daughter has been making in such a short amount of time. Her confidence and grades in Math are improving and she seems to enjoy the sessions.
Our son is on his sixth session so far and absolutely loves it!!!!!
My son loves math and really enjoys going to Mathnasium. Mathnasium is able to challenge him more than his school and identified areas that he missed in prior curriculum. The instructors are very nice. He loves that he is scored each time he goes.

Our daughter wasn't super excited to be working on Math over the summer, but realizes the importance of doing so. We've been participating for about a month now, three times per week. After Mathnasium sessions she is HAPPY - actually smiling! - and is gaining confidence in math.
Our entire family's stress level is virtually non-existant this summer because of Mathnasium!
My daughter loves the positive communication and atmosphere at Mathnasium. At the end they play fun games that spark her interest in Math. I love that I can show up anytime between the hours they are open for her tutoring. Schedules change frequently so this is priceless. Tutoring is also available on Saturday mornings. If I miss a weeknight due to scheduling, I know I can fit it in Saturday. The staff are professional and I always available. We love it at Mathnasium.

Mf. Zeng and his staff teach innovative ways of thinking about math. When my daughter is with them she does much better in math as they are very knowledgeable and have the patience of saints. I highly recommend Mathnasium ❤️

We are thrilled with experience we have had at the Frederick Mathnasium. Our son is eager to get to the center everyday. He enjoys the problem sheets and working with the coaches. I wish he could have started sooner!

We would be concerned if the instructors found the comments unhelpful and were able to associate them with a specific student's parents.**
Our daughter appreciates Mathnasium's approach of reviewing the basics before moving on to the more challenging advanced math concept applications. We appreciate the openness and the friendliness of the staff.
Two notes--not critical, yet worth considering: we have noticed the instructors can, at times, appear to move ahead to describing problem-solving processes and providing direct guidance toward answering problems, as if they are pushing to meet an undisclosed program deadline, rather than matching a student's capacity for internalizing given math processes at their own pace.
Occasionally math instructors have been observed digressing into conversations about topics that have nothing to do with the math processes they are reviewing with their students. This is not a knock against these bright, patient, well-qualified instructors--it's more a request that they consider their students are there solely to pursue improving their math skills and that they do best when their instructors are steadily focused on them.
My kids love going to Mathnasium! They have created such a wonderful space for kids to learn math!

It’s been a great experience taking our daughter to Mathnesium . In a matter of a short while , her confidence in math has increased and she’s progressing better in math . The staff at Mathnasium Frederick are wonderful and very accommodating. The learning environment is great as well. I would highly recommend it .
