My daughter has always struggled with math and hated it. In the summer after elementary school I took her to Mathnasium for the free in-take/assessment and I was shocked at how much she did NOT know! So after going to Mathnasium for almost three years, she has built up enough knowledge and confidence and I can say she “graduated” from Mathnasium. Thank you SO much for teaching my daughter how to do well in math! I recommend Mathnasium to every parent with a kid who needs help with math!

Xiao is a superlative, methodical, patient and caring Director at Mathnasium, Frederick.He was willing to demonstrate flexibility to accommodate the special needs of our family in multiple way, such that we could partake of this program.

The support that the team has given our middle-school child has made a world of difference in his understanding of math. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate the flexible scheduling, although the pre-COVID drop in sessions were even more easy to access.

I love this place. My 9 year old started Mathnasium Frederick location in July. She became very confident with her math and her skills and quickness increased. All the tutors are very kind and caring and Mr Zheng is an extremely understanding and kind soul. I will be moving from the area and have to pull my daughter out for now but hope I can find a Mathnasium where I’m going so she can continue her learning and increase her skills.

My daughter struggled with math all through elementary and most of middle school. Taking the first assessment at Mathnasium was a real eye-opener as to how much she really did not know... Happy to report that almost two years and she has mastered the older concepts and is currently getting an A! I highly recommend Mathnasium!

For the past 4 months my son has been going to Mathnasium due to struggling with math at school. So far it has been a very positive experience for him and he's developing more confidence in his math skills.
The team at Mathnasium has been consistent during the pandemic. Adapting to virtual and then a hybrid model has allowed our student to continue his progress with their support.

When we started out our oldest daughter was struggling with her grades and lacked mastery of the fundamentals. It has been some time since we started but she has continued to improve each week and was able to bring up her grade considerable throughout the year.
My daughter has always had a problem with math for as long as I can remember and she was fine with getting C’s and D’s... After attending Mathnasium for a year, her confidence has increased and she ended up with a B! She says next time she wants to get As! Thank you for building up her math literacy!

The staff at Mathnasium have worked with me with virtual learning and in person tutoring. When my daughter has homework to complete from school, half time is spent on homework and half on building her skills. The staff is quickly responds to phone calls or emails. I would highly recommend if your child needs to build up their Math skills and their confidence in themselves.
North Frederick Mathnasium is a great program. My son started attending Mathnasium, for enrichment, when he was in first grade. The teachers are very skilled and knew how to work with my then 6 year old. An hour of math for a smaller child can become boring, but they would keep him stimulated and motivate him with rewards of games. My son is able to master new math skills quickly, but he can become easily frustrated when he finds a new topic challenging. The Mathnasium staff mitigates his frustration by mixing the challenging topic with a math topic my son enjoys which boosts his confidence and keeps him wanting to learn. My son is now in fourth grade and is performing math at a sixth grade level which contributes to his high grades in school and on national exams. He enjoys attending Mathnasium and sets his own daily goals for which I am extremely impressed. To me, having a child that still enjoys and wants to attend an extracurricular math program for three years is impressive and says a lot about the program and relationship the staff have made with my son and my family.
