What I like is the flexibility that 24 hour service provides.
What I don't like are the people who sit on a machine as if they own it, scrolling through their phones, as they wait an interminable amount of time before they do another set. Machines, unlike free weights, are exceedingly easy to set up. So if everyone vacated after a set, more people could be accommodated.
Good selection of equipment. A plus is the upgrade to the locker rooms, although no hot water in the showers.

The new manager greeted me and girlfriend when we came back after a 3-4 month break. He was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and seemed like he actually wanted to be there. His enthusiasm was so contagious that it was the primary reason for me not cancelling my membership (as it’s a 20 min drive for me and I wanted to find something closer). It’s always nice to drive even a little farther just to be in a place that is well maintained and cared for. Thank you to the new manager just for being a decent person

Make sure paper towels are always filled. Update the treadmills. They are often out of order. Replace missing stirrups on the bikes. Just keep up with maintenance.

Respectful clientele
I love the dark room with the movie screen. I feel more relaxed and less stressed. I also love the Hydromassger chair. I suffer from chronic pain and this is helpful after working out.

Great location
My experience so far has been very good. I have only been a member for 2 weeks so there is so much more to experience. I am impression with the professionalism of the trainers, the courtesy of the reception desk, the cleanliness of the facility and most of all the follow up of my personal trainer. The thing I look for is the ability of an organization to maintain the high level of services beyond the initial meeting.
Very clean, friendly management, varied classes with experienced teachers, clean machines in good working condition.
I do think you should install some kind of music in the locker room and have mentioned it a few times. You did a nice job upgrading the men's locker room but really need music playing in there. Very quiet without it and after a workout it is nice to have music to listen to while getting ready for work.
