Knowable and and very friendly staff. Clean environment. They are always cleaning. The staff are good handlers. Constantly watching the dogs in their care. They know each dog and do fun and interactive things with them. It is a safe and fun place for my dog.

Everyone has been very kind. Even though it is a high volume facility, I feel as though the staff truly takes the time to learn and care for each and every dog. I have a special needs dog and I want to give a specific shout out to Clementine who was amazing as we were trying to figure out the best spot for my pet. She was very forthcoming in explaining some of the risks an epileptic dog may face in a high volume facility and that his acceptance was contingent on the approval of the owner of the business. I really appreciated her honesty and empathy. This place has been an amazing fit - I feel that my dog is safe, well cared for, and happy!

LaGrange Dogtopia is the best! The entire staff is totally dedicated to the excellent care of their 4-legged clients. Not only are they professional, but they are always helpful with tips for training and caring for my dog.
