When my grandchildren started they knew nothing about swimming. Since they started with Aqua-Tots they have come a long way and enjoy themselves in the pool with confidence. I will continue to keep them in the programs until they can save others.

It’s the attention to detail! We signed up for a make up class and our regular coach Breanna noticed. She asked the front desk call and suggest a class that was starting just 10 mins after the make up one because she knew that the students in the later class were at the higher end of the level 3 class and thought my daughter would benefit from that class environment. :) She had a great class!

Aqua Tots is extremely flexible with my crazy schedule and I know that will greatly benefit my friends and family as well.
Coach Bree has been awesome with my son since his very first class in August and even knew him by name as soon as we walked in for his 2nd class. She incorporates fun in the class while also teach very important skills! I would definitely recommend Aqua tots and especially her!!

My daughter has been at the swim school since she was two years old, she is eight now and swimming on their club team! We started for safety and found a love of swim for the rest of her life! We love the coaches we love the owners we love the same life lessons she has learned while being here!

We love Aquatots! The staff is very friendly and patient with our two boys. We love seeing how they progress and build their confidence.
Our family is new to Aqua-Tots. I called to see about coming in for a tour. The first phone call, one of the young ladies was extremely friendly and told me to come on in. During the tour, I received more quality customer service. I was impressed! Two of our children began lessons in June (Younger Leapfrog and Minnow). They love coming to Aqua-Tots! They are both doing extremely well. We love that make ups are offered. We like the level of feedback we receive each lesson and also the communication about what is going on at our swim school, which instructor we will have, etc.

Everyone there is so nice and patient. They take the time to make your child feel comfortable.
Facility is clean, and well kept. Class sizes are small and reasonable ensuring great attention given to each kid. Instructors give good feedback after each lesson. Also Jenelle (sp?) one of the deck supervisors at the Ahwatukee location is just amazing! My kiddo had a rough start with a few sessions and was struggling to get comfortable and Jenelle took immediate notice and provided a caring intervention that got her back on track. She also came out to me to talk through what had happened. She has great communication skills and has a wonderful, caring way with the kids.

Every coach we’ve had (except one who was too quiet and we only worked with her a couple times) has been amazing and my son has grown so much since we started 8 months ago. My son was 14 months old when we started and he’s almost two now and already about to graduate level 2. We love that he’s learning to swim and we’re all learning about safety around pools.
