Great staff, love the program and easy to schedule!
I think the class size and instruction is excellent.
We canceled because you do not offer my daughter's level of classes as frequent during the week. Friendliness of staff is great, good customer service and instruction. However, on each of the graduations my daughter has experienced, she was far too ready for them and should have been progressed sooner.

My kids have progressed well and we've been happy with the instruction and encouragement. Only downside for some is the cost, and challenge when there are frequent staffing changes
The coaches are fun and knowledgeable. My daughter is loving it and learning quickly.
My granddaughter is very apprehensive about the water but Justin, her instructor, has been very gentle and helping her to gain confidence in the water. Three cheers for Justin, GREAT JOB!

Excellent experience. Caring, loving, professional staff AND our baby is really learning to swim. With stories of kids drowning every day in the news, there is satisfaction in knowing that God forbid, our baby was to fall in the pool, he would be able to survive long enough for us to get to him. The school is clean, efficient, and the teachers are good communicators and good at what they do. The cost is reasonable, as well.
The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Everyone that works there knows us. It's like family. Plus they taught my son (11yrs) who was afraid, how to be pool safe in less than a month and how to swim in less than 2 months. Now he's a really good swimmer and is getting better everyday. He is now doing all the swim strokes and flipping off the wall like a swim team participant. Looking forward to watching him from the stands one day.
Staff is very responsive to questions, scheduling, etc. Instructors are cautious and conscientious.

My kids love the friendly staff that coach them. They really enjoy going to swim lessons every week. I like the nice indoor pool because I don't have to worry about sunscreen in the summer. The large changing cabins make the changing and dressing easier on me, too.
I love the installations, the customer service is amazing and I like the reminders and mails I get!

The instructors at Aqua Tota are truly amazing. My son (4years old) would not even go near water and they had him in the water and participating in class at his first lesson. He now can go under jump in and has learned safety skills. My daughter (2 years old) needed to learn safety skills and how to be more careful and she has come so far even going under. The instructors really know what they are doing are patient, and adhere to each individual need of each child. They also do a wonderful job at teachers the parents safety skills and how to work on the skills my kids have learned on our own at home. I have recommended them to everyone. Just love them all.
