Convenience, affordability, excellent staff that cares about my dog!

Everyone was informative friendly and enthusiastic. The staff is very welcoming both to the dogs and the humans.

My dog was very VERY nervous with new people- especially tall bearded men- when he first started going. The first two weeks were very rough for both of us. Him because he was scared and confused and me because I hated hearing how upset he got each day and would nip at some of the employees. He also started resource guarding and being a menace when trying to get him out of a kennel. It was atypical behavior for him when he was with me. There wasn't much I could do for it personally. I also work in VetMed so I have seen many bad things come from free-roaming dog boarding, which made the stress worse.
Thankfully, the staff was fantastic with him! They assured me they had it handled, it was under control, and to just give it time. I felt like one of my friends sending their child off to kinder for the first time!
I chose to trust them, and I am so glad I did. While he still startles sometimes if a random person approaches him quickly, he is overall much better with people and loves other dogs. He races me to the door to go to daycare and loves when he gets to stay overnight.
The two mild issues I have had generally revolve around grooming services. There have been a couple times when I have requested discharge baths (after boarding) that have been missed, and occasionally his nails to appear to have been done. When it is done, they do a great job!
Overall, I am very happy with them.

Daycare

The people take such good care of my rocko taco and treat him as if he were their own. Ari is an amazing manager and is always in a great mood and her smile just lights up the room. So grateful for Kiki as well and a few others whose names escape me right now. But thank you!

The staff are so friendly and you can tell they love dogs. I enjoy watching the dogs on the webcam. My little dog loves coming to Dogtopia!

Flexibility with scheduling and ability to pause membership for small fee when out of town.
Always able to get in for night stays and daycare even when I book last minute.
The managers and coach’s are friendly and caring. They take the time to listen to concerns and resolve any issues quickly. I know my baby is safe and in good hands at Dogtopia. Lastly and most importantly my dog loves going there.

Daycare

We love how they treat our Barney like family! The hours are flexible, the people are caring and friendly. Also if Barney ever needs a spa day we just let them know and they can fulfill his needs by giving him a bubble bath and a nail trim.

Our dog is happy and is well taken care of.

Our pup loves her friends and the staff at Dogtopia! …and comes home tuckered out :)
Great friendly staff and environment

You all take such great care of Ella from day care to spa services to overnight stays.
She always looks forward to her daycare days. It's a relief when you have to work and don't wish to have her cooped up in a crate. She gets the socialization with other dogs and people that are essential to her wellbeing.

The staff are fantastic. Friendly with the humans and amazing with the 4-legged kids. I recommend Dogtopia Oro Valley every chance I get. My pup loves to go; she drags me in wagging her tail at full speed. She loves the activities that the coaches do with the pups and I love that there are options for special treats. But mostly I love that Dogtopia makes my puppy so happy!

Our Blue Bear has been going to Dogtopia OV for several years now and we have always had amazing first class service. He is naturally an anxious pup so to see him excited and eager to interact with the staff is awesome. Ari and Kumi are his favorites and it is apparent he is well cared for and loved by the team there.

Pickles always comes home refreshed but tired. I love that she gets the exercise she needs, especially in the summer when it’s too hot to be outside. Additionally, the team at Oro Valley have taken the time to let her warm up to them. Now she gets excited and is pulling me to the door everyday she goes.

Friendly coaches who are always glad to see our pooch and treat her well. Clean facility.
