The class was a lot of fun and the food tasted great! The only thing I would ch age is extended the class time 15 minutes longer so we would have time to do ALL the activities and eat.

My friend and I came to the pasta making class and loved it! The instructor (Shannon) was wonderful. Great teacher and we had such a fun time making pasta. The kitchen assistants were great too. Everything was so organized and the meal was delicious! I’m already looking into booking my next class.
The girls had a wonderful time and are looking forward to coming back soon!

I loved everything about taking my child to the family class. He enjoyed it and I did as well. Very organized and pleasant friendly staff.
My two boys did the Baking 101 one day camp on 3/2. They enjoyed the experience (except for one participant that they felt was annoying, which you can't control!).
The demo to 'doing' was perfect! Really relaxed and fun time. I can't wait to try the recipes at home! Thanks for a great date!
Fun class. Learned some really good tips on making pasta. We did feel a little rushed and it was a little too much information in the demonstrations all at once. Too many steps to remember when we were trying what we were shown. Either a written set of the steps at the tables then or break the different pastas and fillings in to more individual steps. ie show the different fillings separate from each other and the fettuccini in a different demonstration. Tables were just a little small for four people. Overall a really enjoyable class. Karen was easy to understand and spoke loud enough for all to hear. The helpers did a great job clearing things away and helping out. I will try to take more classes and will recommend TBK.

Both of my grandsons had a terrific time and enjoyed the yeast experiment, making the dough, and baking bread and pizza. They are looking forwArd to attending a camp session this summer.
