My daughter started Mathnasium approximately a month and a half ago and so far, so good! She’s enjoying her sessions and doesn’t seem to get frustrated like she used to when dealing with difficulties in math. Tony and his team have been nothing but professional. My dual here has begun to enjoy doing math and it goes without saying that it’s all because of the skilled help she is receiving.

My son likes this kind of guided learning. Not too much instruction however help is there when he need them.

The program is set up well and very organized.

I like that children get an assessment before they begin and then monthly progress reports are e-mailed to you as they progress along. I think that kids get hooked in with the star reward program, which is half the battle sometimes of just getting them to come in. I also like the flexibility of being able to choose when my children can come in to get tutored. All of these factors make Mathnasium a great math tutoring service for children!

The monthly arrangement is ideal. My daughter needs intermittent help and the monthly setup is great.

My 7 year old son loves Mathnasium. Coming from a British Prep school, he was ahead of his classmates, and was frustrated at school doing things he learned 2 years before. We knew about Mathnasium as it has a strong reputation from our previous country. As soon as we went in, we felt reassured. Tony honed in on his exact level and identified his strengths and weaknesses with 2 different assessment tests, and created a math learning plan which is customized for him. He is able to work at his 'actual' math level which is two grades higher. He is engrossed in his math work whilst there, but above all, our son has gained his confidence back and remembers how clever he is.

We are grateful to have Mathnasium in his life as it has been a real life saver for our son, who says math is his favourite subject and continues to be challenged by it.
