Since the moment we inquired about the founder's pass, we have been extremely impressed with Dogtopia's professionalism, flexibility, and sincere passion for dogs. At our meet and greet (which proved staff to be extraordinarily accommodating as we made a last minute rescheduling request), Kim and Oscar exemplified the professionalism of Dogtopia, which was then reflected in their staff (from providing us with a tour that highlighted things we might not have even thought to ask to expressing excitement about seeing us again). As someone who works long hours, I especially appreciate that Linus was as exhausted as I was after spending the day at Dogtopia, which was the first time that has happened, EVER. The Dogtopia team's love of dogs is best described with an example: for the seven months that Linus has been a part of our family, his reaction to my arriving to pick him up or just arriving back home for the day has been the same - he is so excited that I have inquired as to whether something is wrong with him because his overreaction to seeing me again caused concern (I learned that it is just typical of dogs to react this way toward their owners); when I arrive at Dogtopia, he is moderately excited to see me again...this makes me very happy to know that he now has two very happy places throughout each day!

The staff is so friendly. Oscar and Kim are so open and answer all questions. They really care about YOUR dog, and all the dogs in their care. So far, I am very impressed with the staff, the facilities, the activities for my dog, and the cameras. My puppy comes home exhausted every day. I love it!

We have taken advantage of full-day daycare for our very energetic 1 year old husky. He loves going to Dogtopia and always comes home tired and loving. We check in on our dog often on the webcam, and it is wonderful to see our dog play with his friends. We love that Dogtopia is very flexible with food and offers a variety of treats. The owners are extremely knowledgable and transparent, which makes it easy for us to trust this company.

The dogs are supervised and get to play and socialize with other dogs; the staff are very friendly and the facility is clean, we noticed the staff cleaned and disinfected immediately
when the dogs had an accident.

Your attention to the needs of the dog...my pup “failed” his evaluation due to the stress that he displayed. But, I’m not giving up and hoping I’m the future to be able to intergrate him into the loving and safe environment of Dogtopia~

Owners are amazing! They did such a thorough assessment of my dogs and were so kind when one of them didn't pass, offering suggestions on how we can work with him and bring him back for another assessment in a few months. I feel great knowing that they are so sure of the dogs that are staying for daycare. I feel reassured knowing that my other dog is in good, kind hands while she makes new friends.

For the big dog area I would suggest raising the area of coverage to the front. Watching videos and seemed to cause some dogs to get a little more neverous or aggressive when they see someone walk by. Just a suggestion

The canine coaches at Dogtopia are well-trained in dog behavior and provide engaging play to keep the pups active while having fun. Both my doggies were evaluated and placed in appropriate play rooms. I have peace of mind knowing they are well-cared for and had so much much fun with all their doggy friends. At the end of the day, my fur babies are calm and happy. Thank you, Dogtopia!
